Re-discovering the heart and human in B2B engineering and design software.

We have an extensive partnership with Dassault Systemes and the company’s brands, including for SOLIDWORKS, DELMIAWorks, and DraftSight, to expand and grow their brand legacy. 

Our challenge within the Dassault Systemes product universe was to define and create new market headroom, offset declining brand love, and get out of a creative funk. 

We discovered the statement we could go off of as part of our agency strategy to combine the brand’s Timeless Truth and Timely Cultural Opportunity; Build the Future, Faster. 

Beginning with corporate communications, we branched into creative design and experiential marketing strategy when we worked with Dassault Systemes and its sub-brands, including ENOVIA (product lifecycle management) and SOLIDWORKS (3D CAD), to launch the 3DEXPERIENCE Works Cloud-Based Platform. 

Our challenge was to position, design, and execute a new digital experience to launch 3DEXPERIENCE Works, which would be a major pivot from the heritage desktop products.

We built two digital experiences, Build It and Explore It. Build It which would take users through the process of creating and customizing their own product development company. Explore It would take three “character personas” and show the user the experience of being in these roles. As a result, stakeholders are able to see how the different roles connect and interact within the 3DEXPERIENCE Works Platform, building better, stronger teams and increasing productivity.

For the SOLIDWORKS brand, loved by 3D CAD users and engineers, we helped take the well-known and established SOLIDWORKS Desktop product into the world of cloud-based CAD through new brand positioning, creative direction and creative concepting. Our concepts took shape in more beautiful and artistic social campaigns that have a more human touch in the fairly dry world of B2B marketing.

We helped launch the SOLIDWORKS’ brand’s entirely new direct-to-consumer offer, SOLIDWORKS for Makers, and continue to guide the communications strategy along with the social media design for the offer as it grows.

We continue to conduct social listening for SOLIDWORKS Global, SOLIDWORKS Edu, and DraftSight. Our social media listening strategy focuses on customer satisfaction and engagement with the brand to further trust and knowledge of new product offerings. 

As part of our continued creative work, we conceptualize and design social media flights for 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Makers, 3DEXPERIENCE for Startups, DraftSight, and DELMIAWorks. Our social media flights have yielded greater engagement results for all of the above brands.
